MANDEEP
Sat Nam! I began my journey as a professional Yoga Teacher in 2000. I was led to practice Yoga due to a chronic, painful low back compression combined with an intense early onset of Menopause. I was hesitant to go to a class but my friend (ANGEL) convinced me to try. After just one yoga class I was amazed at how much better I felt, balanced and stronger and instantly knew this was my dharmic path of Healing.
In 2005, I relocated from Las Vegas to Cedar City, Utah which turned out to be a significant turning point and became an incredible journey of transformation and evolution. This geographical shift created a training ground deep experience for my return to Las Vegas in March 2020 just in time for the great pandemic shut down of Las Vegas! The Kollective was ignited...
After serving the good people of Cedar City and surrounding areas in the UTAH community for 15 years, my return to Las Vegas was seamlessly manifested and intuitively guided to secure a Well Being space in the heart of the downtown Historic Arts District. Interestingly enough with the cross street being “Utah”. No coincidences, all Divine Providence Flow.
My mission continues to offer authentic teachings of Yoga as a genuine Spiritual Discipline and lifestyle guide. The technology of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation that was delivered to humanity via Yogi Bhajan is my personal practice and what I teach. The Science of Angles, Triangles and Awareness continues to elevate and strengthen my consciousness and supports my personal evolution and mastery of being a Spiritual Teacher.
I consider myself to be a Life Long Student as the more I become aware and teach, the more I become aware of how much more is to be experienced! It’s a wonderful Beginners Mind that keeps me renewed, feeling young and more and more Whole.I am a sound healer and utilize the quantum frequency of the Gongs and 7 Sacred Metal Bowls in my private one on one sessions as well as in all classes that I teach. Nature’s Cosmic cycles and rhythms are an intrinsic guide in the creation of the Soundscapes offered at the Kollective. I offer Teacher’s Training and continuing Education Workshops that are credentialed through the Kundalini Kollective College of Applied Yogic Science which is recognized by Yoga Alliance.

I am a Las Vegas native who has always had in interest in health and wellness. My fascination with anatomy and the way the human body moves lead me into enrolling into the Nevada School of Massage Therapy in 2017. I graduated massage school and became a licensed massage therapist in 2018. I was introduced to yoga in 2018 when it was recommended by my massage therapist for chronic pain. After practicing yoga consistently, I began to notice changes in my postural alignment along with an overall sense of well-being. Yoga had such an impact on my life I then decided I wanted others to experience what I felt. I then became a certified yoga instructor in 2020. My love of learning and curiosity in other holistic therapies brought me to become certified in Reiki level 1 and 2, Traditional Thai Massage and Cupping. My mission is to help others achieve optimal wellness and vitality through teaching yoga and implementing bodywork.

When Ben first got into Yoga, he noticed a lot of the classes here in the West were geared more toward a physical workout. While he believes a healthy body is very important, he was looking for a more meditative practice where he could slow down, breathe, connect, and go within. Eventually he found this (and so much more) in Kundalini Yoga.
The word Yoga means “to unite." Yoga and Meditation is a way to connect or unite with our higher selves, the light within, the Universe, the Infinite, the Divine. In a typical Kundalini class we use many tools including poses, movement, breath work, meditation, mantras, relaxation, and more. This powerful practice helps you free yourself, clear and release that which doesn’t serve you in order to make more room for love and light. Clearing these blocks so the energy is flowing properly allows us to get out of the way of our most powerful healer, ourselves.
Ben doesn't know of anyone who’s walked in to a Yoga class thinking, “OK, how can I make myself a worse person." That’s one of the things he loves about being a part of a Yoga class. It’s such a positive environment, everyone is there trying to become the best version of themselves. As a teacher, he feels it has been a profound privilege and joy just to hold space for this. In Ben's class you’re encouraged to come as you are. Whether you’re having the best day of your life, or if you’re in your darkest chapter, whether it’s your first Yoga class, or if you’ve been practicing all your life, everyone is welcome. We create a safe place where no one is watching or judging you. It’s not about being the most flexible person in the room, it’s about doing your best and allowing yourself the time and space to tune in, surrender to your truth, and get in the flow.
