A 3-Part Series designed for beginners, but open to all, who want to deepen their understanding of the yoga of awareness.
In this beginner’s series, we explore the essential practices and concepts of kundalini yoga through different themes, lectures and kriyas, so that we may begin and further our own personal transformation through an inward journey towards self-discovery.
Change is occurring continuously, with the developmental tools offered in these classes, we will be able to meet change with grace, continue our expansion, deepen our relationship with our True Self and create an internal shift that brings us in alignment with our highest potential.
Our first series begins with an understanding of the breath and an exploration of pranayama breathing techniques to help tame the mind and emotions, manage stress, and establish a solid foundation to further enhance our kundalini practice.

3rd week: Expanding Your Pranic Energy

75 minutes of Deep Relaxation, Rejuvenation & Sound Healing with Sacred Gong Frequencies and the Self Hypnosis practice of Yoga Nidra
Benefits: extraordinary stress relief, better sleep and rest, increased focus and mental clarity for improved work efficiency, strengthened immune system, and an overall increase of feeling happier and loving. Starting with a guided sequence of gentle movements to unwind tension and stress from the body. Specialized breathing instruction instills a breath pattern we create when in a deep restful healing sleep and state of mind. Participants will then be guided into the Conscious Dreaming State of Yoga Nidra which changes our brainwaves to become finely tuned Delta, Theta, and Alpha Waves HZ. These particular bandwidths create a higher stream of consciousness and higher frequency Body/Mind/Spirit integration. These synchronized electrical pulses from your brain’s neurons communicating with each other become uniquely and positively altered in this deeply meditative guided practice.
Through the bandwidth harmonics of our brainwaves, we create deep restful sleep, healing, regeneration, processing, and releasing of fears, troubled history, and nightmares, as well as supporting overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, mind/body integration, and new perceptions! Mandeep will incorporate the Gamma sound frequency of the Gong which will enhance the overall experience exponentially! Wear loose comfy clothing and be prepared to be lying down the majority of the class. No yoga/meditation experience necessary.

In this dynamic, Wellness focused Kundalini class with Sangeeta Kirti, we will experience how this subtle anatomy relates to our energetic, emotional and physical well-being.

This is an All Levels Class. Powerfully Healing Breathwork, Kriya practice and a Meditation are formatted into each class experience as well as an integrative relaxation with the Gong.
